Who can attend Stafford Folk Club?

Anyone! We welcome anyone who wants to attend, whether you have visited us before, or this is your first time. You’ll be greeted with a friendly welcome. This is not a ‘members club’, just a bunch of people who love the best of British Folk music.

What is the format?

Stafford Folk Club is run as a monthly concert club. Top quality solo artists and bands are invited to the club for your entertainment. The show will begin, there will be an interval in the middle, the show will then resume and finish before 10pm.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes, you must purchase a ticket to attend each event. Tickets can be bought online and if any remain, they will be sold on the door shortly before the event begins that evening. Stafford Folk Club is run on a non-profit basis. We keep ticket prices as low as possible, but must charge so that we can afford the very best artists. Any leftover funds go back into the club to keep it running successfully.

I have a ticket but I can no longer attend.

If you have purchased a ticket but can no longer attend, you can claim for a refund through the ticketing website. Any problems, get in touch!

Where is Stafford Folk Club?

Stafford Folk Club is now generously hosted by The Post House in Stafford. Our club nights will take place upstairs in the function room. When you arrive at the Post House, you can either walk up the stairs to your right, or you will find a lift a short walk straight in front of you. You will then need to walk through the Emerald Lounge until you reach a small set of stairs up into the function room. Please contact the venue for any accessibility needs.
